Large floods are possible. Traffic conditions may be difficult across the entire network and the railway traffic may be disrupted. Power outage may happen. Dykes may be damaged or submerged. I keep away from rivers and bridges, I reach a high point or I take shelter upstairs. I do not drive on a flooded road, even if it is only partially so.
