Varningar, Ban Phai

พื้นที่เสี่ยงภัยฝนตกหนัก มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ด้านตะวันตกของประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย ประกอบกับมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำปกคลุมบริเวณภาคเหนือตอนล่าง และภาคกลางตอนบน ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้น และมีฝนตกหนักหลายพื้นที่ โดยมีฝนตกหนักมากบางแห่งในภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตก ขอให้ประชาชนระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลัน และน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม รวมทั้งเพิ่มความระมัดระวังในการสัญจรผ่านบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเพิ่มความระมัดระวังในการเดินเรือ และหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย

็Heavy rain risk areas The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, western part of Thailand and the Gulf while the low-pressure cell covers the North and the Northeast regions. More rains and scattered heavy rains are likely in the country while isolated very heavy rains are possible in the North, the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South(west coast). People should beware of the severe conditions that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially, along waterways and lowlands, and take more caution in thundershowers. All ships in the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers.
