Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Several reports of high winds blowing over semis on I-70. People should avoid being outside in forested areas and around trees and branches. If possible, remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and avoid windows. Use caution if you must drive.

In northeast Kansas, Brown, Jackson, Jefferson, Nemaha and Pottawatomie. * WHEN...Through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
