Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Flow across the boundary will become favorable for moisture feed into storms and may result in areas of 3 to 5 inches of rainfall with isolated higher amounts possible.
