In northeast Missouri, Adair. * WHEN...Until 915 AM CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 119 AM CDT, The transportation department reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms has caused several road closures across the warmed area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1.5 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
