Flood Watch issued May 22 at 4:05AM CDT until May 23 at 7:00PM CDT by NWS Tulsa OK * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties, Crawford, Franklin and Sebastian and Oklahoma, including the following counties, Choctaw, Haskell, Latimer, Le Flore, Pittsburg, Pushmataha and Sequoyah. * WHEN...Through Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall today through Thursday may result in areas of flash flooding.
