Winds could gust as high as 65 mph. * WHERE...Bighorn Mountains West and Bighorn Mountains Southeast. * WHEN...Until 11 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult, such as over Powder River and Granite Passes. Gusty winds could cause blowing snow, reducing visibilities at times. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heaviest snow occurs Monday morning. Snow rates decrease Tuesday.
